Crustless Pizza in a Bowl

And of course, without worrying about carbs. Additionally, it is indeed a very healthy snack that you can prepare at any time due to its simplicity.
There are a few good ways to prepare low carb pizzas. However, if you are looking for a quick and easy pizza in a bowl recipe for dinner, this one’s for you. We use cottage cheese (paneer) for this particular recipe alongside other vegetables.
Remember that keto diet is not about depriving yourself of eating. To clarify, it is about knowing how to cook and eat.
This recipe is super easy! All you have to do is add bell pepper slices in a bowl. And, thereafter, cooked cottage cheese, and low carb pizza sauce (or tomato paste). Further, top it with cheese and microwave for 2-3 minutes. On the other hand, you can bake it in a preheated 370°F oven for 10 minutes.

- 1/2 Cup Sliced Green Bell Peppers
- 50 g Cooked Cottage Cheese Cubes
- 1 Tbsp Sliced Red Onion
- 2 Tbsps Pizza Sauce/Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 30 g Grated Mozzarella Cheese
How to Make Crustless Pizza in a Bowl?
Step 1: To make crustless pizza in a bowl, preheat a frying pan then pour the olive oil in. After that, fry the cottage cheese cubes for 3 minutes. Put aside.
Step 2: Now, set the sliced bell pepper on the base of a microwave-safe bowl. Next. layer with the onion, cottage cheese and finally, pizza sauce or tomato paste.
Step 3: Top the pizza dressings with grated mozzarella cheese.
Step 4: Meanwhile, microwave for 3 minutes. And, let the cheese melt down. Alternatively, bake for 10 minutes in the oven preheated at 370°F. Remember to use an oven-safe pan for this.
Take out the crustless pizza in a bowl from the microwave (or oven) and enjoy the delicious taste.
