Today, we will show you our low-carb chocolate chip cookies recipe using Ketofy – Almond Flour, Ketofy – Keto Coconut Flour, baking powder, and grass fed butter. In addition, we also use eggs, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, Ketofy – Keto Sweetener, and almond slices.
However, the number of almond slices can be altered as per your macro count. If you don’t have almonds, you can use other nuts, too. For example, such as pecans, macadamias, or walnuts.

- ½ Cup Ketofy – Almond Flour
- ¼ Cup Ketofy – Keto Coconut Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cup Grass Fed Butter
- 3 Tbsp Ketofy – Keto Sweetener
- 1 Large Egg
- ¼ Cup Unsweetened Chocolate Chips
- ¼ Cup Sliced Almonds
How to Make Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies?
Step 1: Firstly, combine Ketofy – Almond Flour with Ketofy – Keto Coconut Flour, baking powder and Ketofy – Keto Sweetener together in a medium sized bowl. Secondly, mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Step 2: Subsequently, add the butter, vanilla extract, and egg to the mixture in the bowl. Next, knead with your hands to obtain a consistent doughy mixture.
Step 3: Further, add almond slices, and some chocolate chips into the dough. However, if you find the mixture as sticky, add more of Ketofy – Almond Flour as required. Alternatively, cool in the refrigerator for an hour for easy molding of the cookie balls.
Step 4: Make 16-20 balls out of the chocolate chip cookies’ dough. After that, arrange them neatly on the baking sheet. In addition, set the oven to 300°F and place the sheet in for 20 minutes.
Step 5: Finally, Take the chocolate chip cookies out of the oven once they turn golden brown. And, let them stand to cool for a few minutes before you serve.
