Keto Coconut Flour Pancakes

Also, you can use your favourite toppings, too. For example, melted dark chocolate, Ketofy – Peanut Butter, sour cream, etc. And, to induce the right amount of sweetness, you can use Ketofy – Keto Sweetener.
Meanwhile, if the mixture is too thick, you can correct that with adding water. On the other hand, if it’s too liquid, you can add Ketofy – Keto Coconut Flour. However, instead of frying them in butter, you can fry the pancakes in coconut oil.

- 2 Tbsp Ketofy – Keto Coconut Flour
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Tbsp Ketofy – Keto Sweetener
- ¼ Tsp Baking Powder
- Two Tbsp Sour Cream
- Two Tbsp Melted Grass Fed Butter
- ½ Tsp Pure Sugar-Free Vanilla Extract
For the Topping
- 50 g Strawberries
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 Tbsp Almond Slices
How to Make Keto Coconut Flour Pancakes?
Step 1: Firstly, in a mixing bowl, put the eggs, sour cream, 1 ½ tbsp of melted butter, and vanilla extract. And, mix well.
Step 3: Subsequently, let the mixture sit aside for about 15 minutes. However, if the mixture is too thick, add a little bit of water (20-30 ml). Thereafter, stir it again until the consistency is right.
Step 4: After that, in a pan on medium heat, add the remaining butter. Meanwhile, fry the pancakes in the heated butter. The number of pancakes you make will depend on the size you want. We made 6 pancakes with this recipe.
Step 5: Add the toppings of strawberries, sliced almonds, and shredded coconut. Alas, your keto coconut flour pancakes are ready to serve!
