Keto Chocolate Donuts

Perfect recipe for Donut Lovers who are doing Ketogenic Diet. This recipe will yield about 8 donuts, and they each have 3.65g net carbs.

Recipe Servings: 8                    Difficulty Level: Easy

Ingredients Required

1) ½ cup Ketofy Almond Flour

2) 3 large eggs, separated

3) ¼ teaspoon salt

4) ¼ teaspoon baking powder

5) 1 teaspoon vanilla

6) ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

7) 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

8) ½ cup Splenda

9) 2 tablespoons melted butter

10) 2 scoops Ketofy Protein

11) 2 tablespoons Almond Milk

How to make Keto Chocolate Donuts

Step 1.  Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2. Whip egg whites until you get fluffy consistency.

Step 3. Combine the egg yolks, Splenda, vanilla, and butter in a separate bowl then beat until well mixed.

Step 4. Combine ketofy almond flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and cocoa powder in a third mixing bowl.

Step 5. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the whipped egg whites.

Step 6. Slowly add the bowl of mixed dry ingredients to the wet mixture while mixing continously.

Step 7. Fill the donut pan ¾ of the way full on each mold.

Step 8. Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 9. In separate bowl, combine casein powder and heavy cream until it is thick and forms the icing.

Step 10. Pour the icing over the donuts when they have cooled down a bit.
