- Ketofy Dosa Mix
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1 tsp Ghee
How to make Keto Dosa
Step 1. Take 50 gms of Ketofy Keto Dosa Mix (you can take more of a product if you wish) in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and a pinch of asafoetida to the bowl.
Step 2. Add water little by little and mix until a paste is formed. Keep whisking till you get a batter-like consistency.
Step 3. Rub a little ghee over a pan and pour one ladle full of the keto dosa batter into it. Smooth it clockwise till you get a round shape.
Step 4. Wait until the dosa sides appear flaky and roasted. Then flip it. Take it out and place it onto a serving plate.
