Keto Flaxseed Chips

Ingredients Required.

  • A Cup of Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½  Cup Water
  • ½  tsp Paprika
  • A Half tsp Red Cayenne Pepper

How to Make Keto Flaxseed Chips?

Step 1: In a bowl, combine the flaxseed meal with the  seasonings.

Step 2: After that, pour in the water and fold the mixture with a spatula. Further, continue to fold until everything is well-combined. Cover with the lid and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Now, preheat your oven to 400°F.

Step 4: Thereafter, sandwich the flaxseed dough between two parchment papers and roll it out. Most importantly, flatten it to your desired thickness. Take note that the cooking time depends on the thickness of the dough.

Step 5: Remove the parchment paper on top and transfer the parchment paper with the rolled dough onto a baking sheet. Meanwhile, with a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice into cracker-sized flaxseed chips.

Step 6: Leave in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the dough. Post that, bake for additional minutes if the dough is thicker. 

Step 7: Once done, remove from the oven and separate into individual crackers. Lay out the chips in a baking tray and replace in the oven for 10 more minutes. 

Step 8: Leave the oven door slightly open to make the chips crispy and dry. At last, remove from the oven and transfer them to a plate. Let them cool thoroughly before storing in a jar.
