- 170 g Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Lightly Beaten Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Heavy Cream
- ½ Cup Ketofy – Keto Coconut Flour
- ¼ Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- ½ Tsp Salt
- ¼ Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- Olive Oil for Frying
- Ketofy – Keto Ketchup for Serving
How to Make Keto Fried Mozzarella Bites?
Step 1: Slice your mozzarella cheese into cubes, say, about an inch thick.
Step 2: Beat the eggs in a large bowl together with the heavy cream. Further, whisk to make it a homogeneous mixture.
Step 3: Mix together the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Ketofy – Keto Coconut Flour in a separate bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: After that, cover the mozzarella cubes with the egg batter. And, then roll them on the flour.
Step 5: Pour about 2 inches in a pan, olive oil, to deep fry the mozzarella cubes. Place the cubes in a slotted spoon and dip it into the oil. Meanwhile, fry for about a minute or wait till the flour turns golden. Likewise, repeat the process for all of the cubes.
