Keto Grasshopper Cheesecake Bites

1) 1/2 cups Ketofy almond flour
2) 1/2 cups Ketofy Sweetener
3) 5 tablespoons butter, melted
4) 1 pound cream cheese, softened
5) 15 whole mint leaves
6) 1/4 cup heavy cream
7) 6 ounces Ketofy dark chocolate
8) 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
How to make Keto Grasshopper Cheesecake
Step 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Take a square baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 3. In a large bowl, mix the Ketofy almond flour and a half cup of Ketofy Sweetener.
Step 4. Take melted butter and pour into the bowl.
Step 5. Mix the ingredients together and make a dough.
Step 6. Press the dough into the baking pan.
Step 7. Bake dough for 8 minutes.
Step 8. Remove pan from oven and set aside to cool as the crust.
Step 9. Beat the cream cheese and remaining two cups sweetener until smooth.
Step 10. Set aside the cream cheese filling.
Step 10. Place the mint leaves and heavy cream in a food processor and blend until it gets smooth.
Step 11. Add the mint cream mixture to the cheese filling and fold in.
Step 12. Scoop the mint and cream cheese filling into the prepared crust.
Step 13. Put the pan in the freezer for 3 hours.
Step 14. Take out the cheesecake from the pan, and slice it into 64 squares.
Step 15. Place the cheesecake back into the freezer.
Step 16. Heat chocolate in 40-second intervals in microwave, and blend until it gets thin.
Step 17. Add mint extract to the melted chocolate.
Step 18. Dip each cheesecake square in the mint chocolate and allow to cool.
