  • 2 Tbsps Ketofy – Keto Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Psyllium Powder

How to Make Keto Halwa Barfi?

Step 1: Add the grass-fed butter and Ketofy – Keto Sweetener to a pan. Heat them over medium temperature while the butter melts.

Step 2: After that, reduce the temperature, and let the butter turn golden but not too dark. We want it to get caramelized.

Step 3: Now, add all the spices and mix well.

Step 4: Let’s get to the most important part now. Spoon by spoon, add Ketofy – Almond Flour and Ketofy – Keto Coconut Flour. Keep stirring the mixture.

Step 5: Remove the pan from the stove and add psyllium powder. Mix vigorously. Most importantly, ensure that no lumps are formed.

Step 6: Thereafter, place parchment paper on a wide platter, and pour the halwa mixture. Decorate with some nuts of your choice.

Step 7: Place the platter full of halwa in the freezer for 20 minutes or in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Step 8: Using a sharp wet knife, cut out the cubes from the frozen platter in the size of 5×5 cm (2×2 inches). And, your keto halwa barfis are ready! Serve them as a keto dessert or enjoy them as fat-bombs. Keep them in the refrigerator and use within 5 days.
