- 150 g Paneer

- 2 Green Chilis
- 2 Stalks of Spring Onions
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 70 g Grass Fed Unsalted Butter
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Red Chili Powder as Per Taste
- Two Tsp Coriander Powder
How to Make Keto Hara Bhara Kebabs?
Step 1: Firstly, to make keto hara bhara kebabs, blanch spinach in hot water for 2 minutes. Secondly, drain all the excess water. And, thereafter, grind the leaves in a mixer for purée.
Step 2: Subsequently, in a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients used to make kebabs and mix everything together. All the veggies should be washed and well drained.
Step 3: Further, shape the mixture as round patties. And, after that, shallow fry the kebabs till they turn golden brown in colour from both sides.
