- 3 tbsps Ketofy-Keto Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar Free
- A pinch of Elaichi Powder
- 1/4 cup of Grated Coconut
Take 3 tbsps of Ketofy – Keto Flour and 1/2 tsp sugar free in a bowl.
Warm a little water in a vessel on the gas stove.
Slowly pour in the water into the bowl with the mixture. Keep whisking so that no lumps are formed.
Add a pinch of elaichi powder and mix well.
Allow the chilla mixture to rest for 10 minutes.
Rub a little oil over a pan and pour one ladle full of the chilla batter into it. Smooth it clockwise till you get a round shape.
Wait until the chilla sides appear flaky and roasted. Then flip it.
Take the meetha chilla out and place it onto a serving plate.
Garnish each meetha chilla with grated coconut.
