Ingredients Required

1) 3 eggs

2) 1 oz. butter, for frying

3) 1 oz. shredded cheese

4) 15 yellow onion

5) 3 mushrooms

6) salt and pepper

How to make Keto mushroom omelet

Step-1) Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk the eggs with a fork until smooth and frothy. Add salt and spices to taste.

Step-2) Use frying pan to melt the butter. Pour the melted butter in the egg mixture.

Step-3) When the omelet begins to cook and get firm, but still has a little raw egg on top, sprinkle cheese, mushrooms and onion on top (optional).

Step-4) Using a spatula, carefully ease around the edges of the omelet, and then fold it over in half. Remove the pan from heat and slide the omelet on the plate when it starts to turn golden brown underneath.
