Keto Noodles

Try this recipe for Keto Noodles. It is very easy to make with just a handful of correct ingredients. You don’t have to worry about the carbs intake with this recipe.

Recipe Servings: 2                    Difficulty Level: Easy

Ingredients Required

1) A pack of Ketofy Keto Noodles

2) Salt as required

3) 2 to 3 tbsp of Olive Oil

4) 1 tbsp Garlic chopped

5) 1 to 2 green chillis (slit)

6) 1 small onion sliced

7) Veggies (bell pepper, beans and cabbage)

8) 1 tsp soya sauce

9) 1 tsp vinegar

10) 1 to 2 tbsp chilli sauce

How to make Keto Noodles

Step 1.  Boil the Ketofy Keto Noodles in 4 to 5 cups of water. Cook the noodles without making them mushy.

Step 2. Drain and rinse them with cold water. Sprinkle olive oil and smear it to the noodles to prevent them form turning sticky.

Step 3. Set aside and prepare veggies.

Step 4. Add Olive oil in a pan and put on to a high flame.

Step 5. Saute’ garlic, chillis and Onion until the onion is in light brown color.

Step 6. Add bell pepper, cabbage and beans and sauce for 2 mins until they are little crunchy.

Step 7. Pour in Vinegar, Soy Sauce and Chilli sauce.

Step 8. Add the cooked noodles, pepper and salt.

Step 9. Toss and Stir fry for 2 mins. Voila! Your Keto Noodles are ready.
