Keto Palak Cutlet
Keto Palak Cutlet is an interesting healthy snack recipe. This low-carb refreshment is made using Ketofy – Keto Flour, fresh spinach leaves, and coriander.
A melange of flavours go in the making of this delicious cutlet. Apart from being flavourful and tasty, this cutlet recipe is full of nutrients too.

Ingredients Required.
- 100g Ketofy – Keto Flour
- 80g Fresh Soaked, Dried, and Shredded Spinach
- 10g Chopped Capsicums
- Coriander
- 1 Chopped Green Chilli
- 150g Cottage Cheese
- Powdered Pink Salt
How to Make Keto Palak Cutlet?
Step1. In a pan, add 1 tsp oil and thereafter, heat it.
Step 2. Additionally, add capsicum, chopped spinach and 1 tsp powdered pink salt. Further, mix all the aforementioned ingredients, thoroughly.
Step 3. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the moisture gets evaporated and it turns dry. Add chopped coriander leaves and green chilies.
Step 4. Grind this cooked mixture. Then, add the cottage cheese in a mashed form. Now, add all the spices according to your taste.
Step 5. Once, the steps above are executed, add 100g Ketofy – Keto Flour. Most importantly, you need to mix it well.
Step 6. Take small portions from the mixture and flatten each in an ovular tikki shape.
Step 7. Fry them on medium heat till they turn golden brown in colour. Serve them hot.
