Keto Palak Paneer Saag

- 200 g Fresh Uncooked Spinach (Palak)
- 100 g Paneer Cubes
- 2 Tsp Grass Fed Ghee
- 1 Finely Chopped Garlic Clove
- 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to Taste
How to Make Keto Palak Paneer Saag?
Step 1: To make keto palak paneer saag, firstly, wash the spinach (palak) well. And, thereafter, remove the stems, if not tender.
Step 2: Secondly, in a wok, add palak and a little water.
Step 3: After that, cover the wok and blanch the palak, for about 4 minutes.
Step 4: Further, cool the palak. And, grind it along with the remaining water to make a puree.
Step 5: Meanwhile, take a pan and heat the ghee. Subsequently, add the finely chopped garlic and grated ginger. Next, fry them for 30 seconds.
Step 6: In addition, add paneer cubes, and saute till they turn golden brown.
Step 7: Alas, combine the palak puree with salt and garam masala. Moreover, add the sauteed paneer cubes.
