Keto Paneer Cutlets

Ingredients Required.
- 300 g Paneer
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Coriander
- 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- A Tsp Garam Masala
- A Tsp Coriander Powder
- Salt to Taste
- 5 Cloves of Chopped Garlic
- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilies
- 30 g Grated Cheese
- 2 Tsp Ghee or Butter
- One Tsp of Olive Oil
- One Tbsp Powdered Psyllium Husk
How to Make Keto Paneer Cutlets?
Step 1: Firstly, take a mixing bowl with paneer in it. Secondly, add the turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt.
Step 2: Subsequently, add the chopped garlic. Now, mix and mash it thoroughly using a spoon or with your hands.
Step 3: Subsequently, include the finely chopped onions, to the paneer cutlets mixture.
Step 4: Also, add to the mixture, the grated cheese and finely chopped green chilies.
Step5: Meanwhile, add the powdered psyllium husk to the cutlet mixture. To clarify, we include it to avoid disintegration of the paneer cutlets while frying.
Step 6: Now, make 7 medium-sized balls balls out of the final mixture. Furthermore, flatten each ball into a patty. And, shape each of them into cutlets.
Step 7: In a pan, using olive oil and butter, fry the 7 keto paneer cutlets. To sum up, ensure to fry them on medium heat until they turn golden brown in colour.
Serving Tip
