Keto Parantha
Paranthas are relished by all the North Indians. Try out this recipe for Keto Parantha, it is very easy to make and is keto-friendly.

Ingredients Required
1) 2 tbsp Ketofy Almond Flour
2) 0.25 cup psyllium husk
3) 4.5 tbsp Ketofy Coconut Flour
4) 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
5) 1 tsp red chilli powder
6) 2 tbsp olive oil
7) salt to taste
8) 1 tsp cumin seeds
How to make Keto Parantha
Step 1. Combine the Ketofy Almond Flour, Ketofy Coconut Flour, psyllium husk along with all other ingredients.
Step 2. Pour water into the mixture as required to make the dough soft.
Step 3. Keep the dough sit for 45 mins.
Step 4. Roll into a ball using a rolling pin and flatten into a parantha.
Step 5. Take an iron skillet and place the flattened parantha over it.
Step 6. Fry the parantha in some ghee.
