Keto Vegetable Pakore
We all adore Indian snacks, don’t we? And, the scrumptious crispy vegetable pakore are just unbeatable when it comes to choosing an Indian appetizer at a restaurant.

Ingredients Required.
- 100 g Finely Shredded Cabbage
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
- 150 g Ketofy – Keto Flour
- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 Medium Onion
- 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
- A Pinch of Asafoetida
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- A Quarter Tsp Salt
- Coconut Oil for Frying
How to Make Keto Vegetable Pakore?
Step 1: Firstly, mix the vegetables with the coriander, ginger paste, and spices.
Step 2: Secondly, take a mixing bowl, and add Ketofy – Keto Flour to it. Subsequently, add boiling water. To clarify, begin with 1/4 cup water and work your way up until you have a mixture that can be formed into balls.
Step 3: Warm up the coconut oil in a frying pan. After that, cover a plate with kitchen towels.
Step 4: Further, use a tablespoon to scoop small amounts of the vegetable pakore batter into the heated oil. On the other hand, you can form them with using your hand, too.
Step 5: Most importantly, fry for about 2 minutes until they turn golden and attain appropriate crunchy texture.
Step 6: After that, put the keto vegetable pakore on the kitchen towels to absorb any extra oil.
Serving Tip
