Ingredients Required.

  • 50 g Ketofy – Keto Flour
  • 1 Chopped Carrot
  • ½  Chopped Capsicum
  • ½ Small Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 Finely Chopped Medium-Sized Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil for Cooking
  • A Tsp Salt
  • A Pinch of Chili Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Ground Black Pepper

How to Make Keto Vegetable Rolls?

Step 1: Firstly, take Ketofy – Keto Flour and secondly, prepare a dough. 

Step 2: Meanwhile, get the dough ready and prepare 3 round chapatis. 

Step 3: After that, cook each chapati from both sides. And, your keto chapatis are now ready.

Step 4: Subsequently, saute the chopped vegetables in olive oil in a pan. Additionally, add unsalted butter and mix well. 

Step 5: Further, season the vegetables mixture with salt, chili powder, ground black pepper. Most importantly, stir it well. 

Step 6: Meanwhile, stuff sauteed vegetable in each chapati and make a roll. You have to make 3 such rolls, for instance.
