Ingredients Required.

  • 1 ½  Cup Ketofy – Almond Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ Cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese for Topping
  • 1 Stick Unsalted Butter (at Room Temperature)
  • A Tbsp Heavy cream
  • An Egg (at Room Temperature)
  • A Pinch of Black Pepper Powder

How to Make Parmesan Almond Flour Biscuits?

Step 1: Firstly, to make Parmesan almond flour biscuits, preheat your oven to 350°F.

Step 2: Secondly, put the butter in a mixer. And, thereafter, beat for around 5 minutes till it becomes fluffy. 

Step 3: After that, pour the heavy cream in and continue beating for 2-3 more minutes. 

Step 4: In addition, mix in the egg, as well as the finely grated Parmesan. Next, add Ketofy – Almond Flour, and baking soda to the biscuits’ mixture. Moreover, season with black pepper powder to taste.

Step 5: Meanwhile, line some parchment paper on a baking sheet. And, coat it with butter or coconut oil. 

Step 6: Subsequently, plop 1 tbsp of the biscuits’ dough on the baking sheet. Repeat the process to make about 12 such balls. During the process, top the biscuits with shredded Parmesan cheese.
