Pecan Softies with Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate

1) 1/2 cup Ketofy almond flour
2) 1 cup pecan halves
3) 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
4) 1 teaspoon baking powder
5) 1/4 cup Ketofy sweetener
6) 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
7) 1 large egg white
8) 1-ounce Ketofy chocolate, melted for drizzle
How to make Pecan Softies with Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate
Step 1. Heat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Combine the dry ingredients in a blender until the pecans are a coarse ground.
Step 2. Add the butter, salt, and egg white into the blender. The cookie dough should be like wet and feel sticky.

Step 4. Bake for 15 minutes until it is brown in color.
Step 5. Melt the chocolate by placing in a microwave bowl for 45 seconds. Stop it every 15-20 seconds to stir.
Step 6. Drizzle each cookie with chocolate and sprinkle with extra sea salt.
