Ingredients Required
· 2 tbsp olive oil
· 1/4 cup chopped onion
· 2 cloves garlic
· 1/2 tsp salt
· 1/8 tsp black pepper
· 1/2 tsp dried oregano
· 1 tsp dried basil
· 1 tbsp tomato paste
· 2 14.5 oz cans of peeled tomatoes
· 1 tsp Ketofy sweetener
· 3 cups water
· 1/3 cup heavy cream
· 2/3 cup feta cheese — crumbled
How to make Tomato Feta Soup
Step 1. Heat olive oil over medium flame in a large pot.
Step 2. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes by stirring frequently.
Step 3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, tomato paste and water.
Step 4. Boil and then reduce the flame to sim and then add Ketofy sweetener.
Step 5. Cook on medium flame for 20 minutes until the tomatoes are cooked.
Step 6. Blend until smooth with the help of blender. Add the cream and feta cheese and then gain cook for 1 more minute.
Step 7. Add more salt if needed. Serve warm.
